Mark Bilton is an Independent Chair and International YPO Facilitator known for their strategic planning and leadership development expertise. With twenty years of CEO experience leading multiple companies, including as Group Managing Director of Gloria Jeans’ Coffees, they have received numerous accolades, including the prestigious "Terry Plochman Award." Mark currently serves as Advisory Board Chair for Wicked Sister Desserts, Vivin Imports Pty Ltd., and Just Wines, while also leading their own consultancy, Lead Well Live Well. Additionally, they founded the Monday Movement to support Christians in the marketplace, aiming to empower leaders and foster impactful business practices. Mark holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the AICD.
