Melissa Shrader

Melissa Shrader has extensive experience in strategic accounts management and partnerships. Melissa started their career at YPO in 2010, where they held various roles including Strategic Accounts Director and Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances. In these positions, they optimized multi-year relationships with global brands, led partnerships with UBS and KPMG, and integrated partner SMEs into member events. Melissa has also been involved in philanthropic work, serving as Co-Chair of the Education Committee at the Women's Giving Alliance and as a volunteer for the Evaluations Team and Clay Connector. Additionally, they are a Board Member-at-Large for the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville. Melissa's earlier experience includes working as a National Sales Manager for the American Culinary Federation and as a Development Coordinator at The Grove Counseling Center.

Melissa Shrader has a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations at the same university from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Melissa has obtained certifications in leadership development and change leadership from institutions such as LinkedIn, the Center for Creative Leadership, and eCornell.
