Michael Butts

Michael Butts currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Burtch Works, where a transformative approach has been taken to evolve a legacy executive search business into a leading consultancy focused on Data and Analytics talent solutions, with operations in major U.S. cities. Michael is also an active member of YPO, a global leadership community. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at TEKsystems, encompassing regional and area director positions, where responsibilities included driving business growth, team management, and strategic market planning. Michael's career began with an international internship at Mindshare and is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, alongside ongoing studies in International Business and Leadership at the University of Sydney.
