Mike McGlade

Mike McGlade is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Redline Automotive Merchandising since January 2019, McGlade also holds the position of Principal at Exit Plan Capital, focusing on business growth through investments and acquisitions. Previously, McGlade co-founded and led Predian, an AI/ML-driven inventory management platform for automotive dealers, which was acquired in May 2024. Other notable roles include CEO of GreenShield, where McGlade established a financial wellness business, and Chief Revenue Officer at FastPay, where significant growth was achieved in just one year. McGlade holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State University.
