Nick Bayer

Nick Bayer is the CEO and Founder of Saxbys, a hospitality business that merges the charm of local coffee shops with high-quality products. Bayer has extensive involvement in academia, serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Cornell University's Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Management and as an adjunct professor at Drexel University, where contributions extend to several advisory boards, including the Steinbright Career Development Center and the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship. Bayer is also active in community and mentorship organizations, holding board positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters and Community College of Philadelphia, and serves as a Corporate Council Member for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Leadership roles include Vice Chair of Membership at YPO and membership in the Young Entrepreneur Council. Bayer holds a Bachelor of Science in Government and Economics from Cornell University.
