Omar Cisse is the Founder and CEO of InTouch, a fintech start-up specializing in payment solutions and digital service aggregation. They co-founded Teranga Capital, an investment fund aimed at supporting Senegalese SMEs, and served as General Manager of CTIC Dakar, a leading incubator for IT and mobile entrepreneurs in West Africa. Omar holds an MSc in Computer Science from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar and an MBA from Institut Supérieur de Management.
