Omar M. has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As a member of the Board of Directors for YPO Venezuela since June 2014, Omar has been involved in strategic decision-making at a regional level. In addition, Omar serves as the CEO of Chévere Salud since 1998, contributing to healthcare solutions in Venezuela and chairing the Board of Escuela Internacional Campo Alegre. As a founding partner of Reddo Credit and Pages Seguros in Madrid, Spain, Omar focuses on developing user-friendly financial tools to support Venezuelan entrepreneurs abroad. Previously, Omar held the position of President at Grupo Casonita from 1998 to 2019. In a dedicated commitment to learning within the region, Omar also serves as the YPO Regional Learning Officer for LATAM since July 2019. Educationally, Omar holds a Medical Doctor degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
