Sam Sidhu serves as an Advisory Board Member for the NYSE since April 2023, contributing to the guidance of the exchange's advocacy efforts for its issuer community. Since 2012, Sam has held multiple leadership positions at Customers Bank, including President & CEO, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Board Member, following experience as COO. Sam founded Megalith Capital Management in 2009 and has been a YPO Member since January 2016. Additionally, Sam held the roles of Board Member and CEO at Megalith Financial Acquisition Corp from August 2018 to January 2021. Previous experience includes positions in private equity at Providence Equity Partners and investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Sam's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Economics from The Wharton School.
