Sarah MacMillan

Sarah MacMillan is the current Head of the Forum at YPO. Sarah has held various positions at YPO over the past 8 years, including Senior Director of the Forum, Executive Director of the Forum, and Director of the Forum. Prior to their work at YPO, Sarah was the Chapter/Member Services Manager and Forum Manager at WPO - World Presidents' Organization.

Sarah MacMillan has a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College in English and a certification from the American Arbitration Association in mediation. Sarah also has a certification from The Grove Consultants International in the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model.

Sarah MacMillan reports to Xavier Mufraggi, CEO. Sarah MacMillan works with Gareth Fox - Chief People Officer, Zoe Williams - Head, Networks, and Chris Stakich - Chief Experience Officer.
