Stuart Kagan

Stuart Kagan is a seasoned leader in the metal recycling industry, having dedicated 25 years to the field. They rose from yard labourer to Executive Director of Trading and Operations at the largest metal recycler in sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing 4,500 employees and 85 sites. As co-founder of Endless, they grew the company to $60 million in annual revenue before exiting in 2023 and are currently the CEO and co-founder of Buddy, a tech-forward scrap app. Stuart also hosts the podcast "Born Scrappy" and is actively involved in YPO as a member and strategic alliances officer. A father and husband, Stuart is committed to lifelong learning and community involvement.
