David John

David John is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in regulatory and finance matters, currently serving as a Senior Associate at YPOG since December 2022. Prior to this role, David worked as an Associate at LEO SCHMIDT-HOLLBURG WITTE & FRANK, focusing on corporate and M&A activities from November 2020 to December 2022, and at SMP, where responsibilities included fund structuring and investment regulatory law from January 2018 to October 2020.
