Malte Bergmann is currently working as a Partner Tax at YPOG since July 2021. Prior to this, Malte held positions at Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) as a Partner and Associated Partner from June 2017 to June 2021. Before joining SMP, Malte worked as a Lawyer/Rechtsanwalt at Flick Gocke Schaumburg from May 2013 to May 2017. Malte holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King's College London and a Dr. iur. in Jura and Steuerrecht from The University of Bonn. Malte also pursued education at The University of Freiburg and attended Harvard Law School in 2017.
