Martin Acker

Martin Acker is a legal professional with diverse experience across various fields of law, including tax law, banking and finance, and commercial law. Acker has held positions such as a student assistant under Professors André Meyer and Volker Emmerich at Universität Bayreuth, worked as an intern at White & Case LLP and CMS Deutschland, and served as a legal intern at Hengeler Mueller and F.E.L.S Rechtsanwälte. Acker has also been involved in academic support roles, advising students in the Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Zusatzausbildung and the "Recht und Wirtschaft (LL.B.)" program, alongside a research position at the Forschungsstelle für Familienunternehmen. Currently, Acker is an associate at YPOG, having recently completed a legal clerkship with the Oberlandesgericht Bamberg. Acker holds a Diplom-Jurist and Wirtschaftsjurist degree from Universität Bayreuth.
