Nataly Lipp is a marketing professional with a diverse background in event management and internal communication. Currently serving as Marketing Managerin at YPOG since August 2021, Nataly Lipp focuses on marketing, internal communication, and events. Previous roles include Managerin People + Events, where the emphasis was on event marketing and employee motivation and satisfaction, and Junior Managerin People + Events, along with a position as Werkstudentin People and Culture. Additionally, Nataly Lipp held the role of Head of Event Public at The Eventgers UG and gained experience in event management at Entrepreneur University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Projektmanagement from Berlin University of Applied Sciences (2021 - February 2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Eventmanagement & -technik from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (2016 - 2020).
