Eric Balascio is a results-driven Software Delivery leader with extensive expertise in clinical systems implementation and strategic planning. They have held several roles at YPrime, culminating in the position of Executive Director of eCOA Solutions Delivery, where they significantly enhanced operational efficiency and reduced delivery times.
