Sam Ghezelbash

Sam Ghezelbash is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Project Lead at Ypsomed AG since July 2024. Previously, Sam held the position of Senior M&A Manager in Global Corporate Development at ACINO from October 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included end-to-end M&A project management, partnerships, and portfolio strategy. Prior to that, Sam worked at EY as a Manager in Strategy and Transactions, focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions, and at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance Advisory, specializing in M&A advisory and financial modeling.
