Simon Scheurer

Simon Scheurer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and innovation. Currently serving as Lead Innovation Engineer at Ypsomed AG since April 2017, Simon has previously held positions as Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer, co-founding teutschIng. GmbH where the focus was on transforming ideas into functional prototypes. Simon's career began in 1996 as a Maschinenzeichner at Ing. A. Maurer SA, followed by roles as Konstrukteur at Disetronic Medical Systems, and Design Engineer at Roche Diagnostics. Academically, Simon holds a Dipl. MAS in Design Engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, as well as a federal certificate in machine drafting from Gewerblich Industrielle Berufsschule Bern.
