Wim Van Acker is currently the Team Lead for M365 Services at Ypto, where they oversee a team providing M365 support to 18,000 end-users. Previously, as M365 Manager at delaware BeLux, they specialized in O365 and Power Platform Governance and user adoption. With extensive experience in SharePoint, document management, and integrated solutions, Wim has consulted for various high-profile organizations, including European Institutions and local governments. They hold a Prince2 Foundation Certification and possess a deep knowledge of data governance, machine learning, and software quality assurance.
