Eric Eggermont is a Master Black Belt and founding partner of Lean Nederland, as well as the owner of Werken aan Waarde, where they focus on helping organizations embed continuous improvement into daily operations. They have extensive experience training and coaching management and staff across various sectors, including significant roles at the Ministry of VWS and TenCate. Eric has played a crucial part in developing training programs and improving processes within several municipalities and other organizations.
