Sam Choo

Samuel Choo is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in podcasting and content management. As the Founder of Selective Listening LLC since February 2023, Samuel also serves as the Director of Podcasting at YR Media, where responsibilities include expanding podcast production capabilities and enhancing the organization's presence in the media sector. Prior to these roles, Samuel spent nearly two decades at American Public Media Group, contributing as Content Manager for the mental health initiative Call To Mind and holding various producer positions, including Sr. Producer for Minnesota Public Radio News and Producer for All Things Considered. Samuel Choo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
