YSA (Pty) Ltd is a partnership of top professionals dedicated to tapping the rich leadership potential of people in order to create sustainable value for business.

The quality of your leadership will set you apart from your competition. Developing leadership is rooted in a profound understanding of who you are as an individual, team, and organisation.

Holding the tension is the art of leadership. As a leader you need to cope – indeed struggle – with three separate, but simultaneous, dimensions of The Triangle-Of-Tensions: the personal, rational and political. Each aspect of the Triangle-Of-Tensions is critical. It is destructive if one dimension is consistently emphasised. Leaders must be able to see all three, but have the wisdom to know which to emphasise at any one time.

Over the past 17 years, YSA has worked with blue chip organisations, locally and abroad to develop and align leadership. We are inspired by the notion of people at work, and particularly how to build leadership capability in organisations.

It’s evident by repeated invitations from our clients that they recognise the implementation of standardised processes can achieve only so much.
