Darin de Klerk

Darin de Klerk is a seasoned Business Psychologist, Coach, and Assessor with extensive experience in talent identification and development. Currently, they serve as the Co-Founder and Director of Inclusive Schools CIC, a not-for-profit organization focused on fostering psychologically safe environments for primary school children. With past roles including Learning and Development Consultant at BT and Senior Development Consultant at Acergy, Darin has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing leadership assessment and executive coaching across various sectors. They hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Currently, Darin is the Head of Talent and Leadership Assessment at Lloyds Banking Group.
