Robert Sharrock

Robert Sharrock is the Managing Director of the Board & CEO Advisory Practice at YSC Consulting, a role they have held since 2019 after leading the firm through five years of sustained growth. With over 30 client engagements focused on CEO succession and board advice, Robert works closely with senior leaders from prominent companies, utilizing behavioral sciences and their extensive experience to navigate complex leadership decisions. Robert possesses an MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, and has previously held positions as a Consultant and Lecturer in psychology. They began their career with Arthur Andersen before working at Ashridge Business School and YSC Consulting, and have interests that include learning the guitar, football, cooking, and running.
