Han Hendriks

Han Hendriks has a diverse work experience with a focus on entrepreneurship and social impact. In 2000, they co-founded Kirkman Company, where they specialize in successful transformations of public and private organizations. In 2013, they co-founded Aimforthemoon, a venture that encourages and supports entrepreneurship. Han became a co-founder of YSE in 2007, which provides a traineeship for high potentials. Hendriks also co-founded the Social Impact Factory Utrecht in 2016, the first physical hotspot for social entrepreneurship. In 2018, they co-founded Make Participations, an investment company that supports Dutch manufacturing companies. In 2019, they became a co-founder of Buildings that Matter, which focuses on renovating and realizing buildings in a circular manner. In 2020, they became an investor in Fitexclusive, a company that provides personal training. Lastly, in 2023, they joined Kyden as a Non Executive Board Member, a full-service ESG service provider. Han Hendriks earned a PhD in Boardroom decisionmaking on Make, Buy or Ally within Social Enterprises from Nyenrode Business University, which they attended from 2007 to 2032. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Organizational Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, studying there from 1991 to 1997. Han began their academic journey at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest, where they completed their VWO degree from 1985 to 1991. Lastly, they attended De Dukdalf - Leiden from 1977 to 1985, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
