Estelle Robert is an experienced linguistics researcher currently working as an Ingénieure R&D en Linguistique at Yseop since February 2020. Prior to this role, Estelle served as an Ingénieure TAL at viavoo, where responsibilities included the implementation of an automated classification system for customer emails and satisfaction surveys. Estelle's early experience includes an internship at L'École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, contributing to sociolinguistic analyses on Twitter through the development of web portals for data storage and visualization, as well as Python scripting for data analysis. Estelle holds a Master’s degree in Technologies des Langues, Linguistique Informatique Traduction from the University of Strasbourg and a Licence in Sciences cognitives from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
