Hugues Valentin

As the Head of Customer Success and Implementations for Europe, Hugues leads the teams responsible for delivering Yseop’s solutions and services. He focuses on optimizing time to value, while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for customers and prospects.

Passionate about building cloud enterprise solutions and managing cross-functional projects and programs, Hugues started his career at Microsoft before spending 10+ years working for SaaS Product within Professional Services & Customer Success teams. Hugues leads a wide range of customer success functions at Yseop from technical consulting, client onboarding, to customer advocacy.

Outside of the office, Hugues spends most of his free time hiking or doing outdoor activities.
