Prior to this role, Doug held positions at The Rawlings Group, including Application Development Manager and Programmer/Analyst, as well as working as a Consultant at Prosoft. Doug's experience also includes serving as an Information Systems Supervisor at the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where responsibilities encompassed managing a development team and serving as the technical architect for significant web and EDI applications. Doug began a career in technology as a Systems Developer and Analyst at PNC Mortgage and holds a degree from the University of Louisville.
