Daniel Thomas has a robust background in digital content and customer service, currently serving as a Digital Content Specialist at YT Industries since April 2020, after a tenure as UK Customer Service Manager. Previously, Daniel coordinated the Service and Warranty Team at Canyon Bicycles GmbH from 2017 to April 2020 and worked as a Technical Service Representative.
