From December 2012 to May 2022, Andy Hall worked at Plex Systems, Inc. Andy'sroles at Plex Systems, Inc. included being a Senior Software Engineer II, responsible for regularly introducing new technologies and processes. Andy also implemented, documented, and promoted CI/CD practices to reduce toil and ensure high-quality code release. Additionally, they worked with systems and tools such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and HashiCorp Vault. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer and the primary maintainer of the Costing, Accounting, and Human Resources modules of a cloud-based ERP system. Andy interacted directly with customers, support representatives, and product managers, and developed web applications with C# and SQL Server.

From 2008 to 2012, Andy Hall attended Oakland University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
