Marko Manchev

Marko Manchev has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and consulting. Marko is currently working as a Solutions Engineer at Yubico since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Presales Consultant at Thales Digital Identity & Security from March 2021 to January 2023. Marko also served as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Thales from June 2019 to March 2021. Before joining Thales, Marko worked as a Technical Account Manager at Gemalto from January 2018 to June 2019 and as a Senior Technical Support Architect at Versata from April 2016 to September 2018. Marko had a short-term role as a DBA at Singular from March 2017 to December 2017. Marko has also gained experience as a System and Database Administrator at ASPEKT from September 2013 to February 2017, where they started as an Intern SysAdmin in July 2013. Earlier in their career, Marko worked as an Intern/Volunteer at the Metamorphosis Foundation from 2012 to 2013 and as an Intern Translator/Volunteer at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation from April 2012 to July 2012. Marko began their professional journey as a Translator/Interpreter at the Government of the Republic of Macedonia from July 2011 to November 2011, where they handled various translation tasks and press clippings for the government website and bilateral relations.

Marko Manchev's education history includes two distinct periods. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódi' vo Skopje, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Interpretation and Translatology with a focus on Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, Marko attended the Alexandria IT Academy in Skopje, where they specialized in Network Engineering. The program encompassed studies in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.
