Alexandre Euverte

Alexandre Euverte has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and areas of expertise. Alexandre is currently working at Yubo as the Global Data Protection Officer in the Legal Team. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Herbert Smith Freehills as an IT/Data Associate, where they provided regulatory advice on data protection and cybersecurity issues, drafted and negotiated data processing agreements, and handled litigation related to data protection and cybersecurity.

Before that, from 2018 to 2020, Alexandre worked at Bird & Bird as an IT/Data Associate. In this role, they gained experience in information technology and intellectual property matters. Alexandre also worked at K&L Gates as an Associate IP/IT/Privacy from 2016 to 2018, assisting clients in litigation and transactional matters related to IT and intellectual property. Alexandre specialized in data protection compliance, including audits, risk analysis, and contractual implementation.

Alexandre started their career as an intern at Harlay Avocats in 2016, where they gained experience in intellectual property and IT-related matters. Prior to that, they worked as an intern in the legal department of Capgemini, providing support in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Alexandre also had an internship at Alstom Group, where they focused on international supply agreements.

Completing their educational journey, Alexandre had an internship at Woeste & Associés before they graduated.

Alexandre Euverte obtained their education in various institutions. In 2013, they enrolled at Université Paris Nanterre and pursued a Master of Laws degree with a focus on Private and Business Law, which they completed in 2014. The following year, Alexandre attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and earned another Master of Laws degree, specializing in Digital law: IP, IT, and Data. In 2015, Alexandre attended Bar School (HEDAC) and obtained a Paris Bar degree.

Additionally, in October 2016, Alexandre obtained the Attorney certification from the Paris Bar institution.
