Michael Hunt

Michael Hunt has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Yugo since November 2025. Previously, Michael worked at Campus Advantage and Student Quarters, where responsibilities included managing operations and improving resident satisfaction. During a long tenure at Advantage Properties C-U Inc., lasting from July 2000 to June 2018, Michael achieved a notable milestone of maintaining 100% occupancy for 18 consecutive years, overseeing 400 rental units near the University of Illinois. Michael’s expertise encompasses leasing, contract negotiations, and coordination of maintenance repairs, along with a strong proficiency in tenant and landlord laws. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2000.
