Kline manages both the Customer Success and Implementation responsibilities and drives overall customer satisfaction. He also works closely with their Product Team to ensure that all customer requests and deliverables are met in a timely fashion.
Prior to YuJa, Kline spent 8 years implementing training and onboarding processes to various technology companies. Kline is a strong advocate for a “consultative approach” to customer success and believes a great product is a result of a continuous feedback loop directly from clients.
He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
