Max Dembick

Max Dembick is the CEO and Co-Founder of Frag Lab. Max has over 17 years of experience in the video game industry.

Max started their career in 2000 as a Senior Producer at Software MacKiev. In 2004, they became an Outsourcing Producer at Nikitova LLC. In 2005, they joined Crytek as Managing Director. In 2006, they became a Member of the Board at Ukrainian Chapter of IGDA. In 2008, they left IGDA to co-found Frag Lab.

Max has extensive experience in project management, customer relations, workflow development, and quality control. Under their leadership, Frag Lab has become one of the leading game development studios in Ukraine.

Max Dembick has a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
