Wei Yang is currently the RD Manager at Yum China, where they are responsible for product innovation and platform building for Taco Bell products. From 2021 to the present, Wei has focused on innovating products and achieving cost savings. Prior to this role, Wei served as a Senior Technologist at Mars R&D and was involved in the improvement of chocolate production processes and the development of new product prototypes from 2016 to 2018. Between 2018 and 2021, Wei worked as a Global Product Platform Technologist at Mondelez, leading the agile innovation for Oreo products. Wei earned a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Beijing Forestry University from 2009 to 2012.
