Will Smith

Will Smith has held various management and analytical roles within the restaurant and foodservice industry, gaining extensive experience in operations and product management. Currently, Will serves as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Yum! Brands, overseeing key initiatives since November 2022. Previously at Pizza Hut UK & Europe, Will advanced through several positions, including Restaurant Excellence Manager and Area Coach, where responsibilities included KPI analysis, operational improvement projects, and communication solutions. Will's earlier career included roles as an Operations Excellence Analyst and Loss Prevention Officer, along with managerial positions at Tesco Stores Ltd and McDonald's Europe Ltd. Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Northampton and A Levels in Maths, Biology, and German from Stanborough School.
