Daniela Bezdan

Daniela Bezdan is a Chief Scientific Officer at yuri, working on establishing biotech engineering and precision medicine in space. Daniela is also a Co-Founder at Poppy, a pathogen sensing and detection network. Previously, Daniela held positions at organizations such as Universitätklinikum Tübingen and NASA GeneLab. Daniela has a strong background in genomics and bioinformatics, with a PhD from Max-Planck Institute Tuebingen and a Master of Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
