Ryan Gruss

Ryan Gruss has worked in the music industry for over 20 years. In 2021, they are currently the Founder & CEO of Yurt Rock, a Strategic Advisor at Guidepoint, and an A&R Consultant at Melodics Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director of Products - Content at Native Instruments, where they lead the production of content for sounds.com, Butch Vig Drums, and A&R services for Guitar Rig. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Founder & CEO of The Loop Loft, a boutique sample shop. Prior to that, they held the role of Digital Asset Manager at Continuum from 2008 to 2007, Digital Asset / Creative Manager at Revlon, Inc from 2007 to 2004, and Digital Asset Manager at Nickelodeon from 2004 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they held the roles of Production Manager - Creative and Executive Assistant to Ahmet Ertegun at Atlantic Records.

Ryan Gruss attended Berklee College of Music from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance.
