Yurtec Corporation is an engineering company. The Company has three business segments. The Equipment Work segment is engaged in the contracted construction of electrical, communication, civil engineering and air-conditioning duct works. The Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of construction equipment and vehicles. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of security services; the management of real estate; the processing of waste; the manufacture and sale of recycled products of logged wood; the manufacture and sale of mineral water; the research and consulting operations on natural energy utilization, as well as the sale of electricity. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 12 consolidated subsidiaries, two associated companies and one unconsolidated overseas subsidiary.
