With decades of experience at the world's leading law firms, in-house departments and pioneering LPO providers, Yuson & Irvine is revitalizing the long-outdated outside counsel paradigm by creating value-added, trusted relationships with our clients' legal, sourcing and compliance teams.

Lean processes, project management methodologies and efficient technologies are leveraged across Y&I to provide our clients with world-class legal solutions at rational, predictable rates.

We speak in terms of solutions, not practices.

Our clients seek value, not billable hours.

We counsel on operational efficiency, providing our clients with the tools and expertise to manage workflow and spend with greater predictability. No other law firm, of any size, assists clients in this manner.

Our lawyers are trained to work seamlessly with our clients' personnel and all parties to their transactions. Effective communication is critical: we pick up the phone instead of hiding behind emails (and we call even when "off-the-clock"); we follow-through with timely resolution of all open items; and we ensure that our invoices are detailed and customized to our clients' specifications.

Yuson & Irvine is a new kind of law firm. One that respects and leverages the best of existing firm models, while at the same time employing tools and methodologies specifically designed for the evolving needs of 21st century clients.
