Gilberto Rincón is a petroleum engineer and MBA with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. They have held prominent roles such as Vice President of Business Development at Y&V Ingeniería y Construcción since 2010, overseeing business development activities primarily in Venezuela and supporting operations in Colombia and Canada.
