Development and Programming Team

The Development and Programming Team at YWCA Dayton is responsible for creating and implementing programs that align with the organization's mission to promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity. Their work involves advocacy efforts, developing and managing educational and empowerment programs for youth and children, securing funding through grants, and overseeing communications to support the economic and social advancement and safety of women and girls in the community.
