We have specifically become respected experts in the niche of industrialized housing construction (modular) and unique developments utilizing right-sized housing, unique communities, and emerging off-site construction technologies. From founding the National Tiny House Jamboree®, launching a private-label modular construction facility, to designing and executing full businesses or developments - we have the expertise to assist in virtually any scenario.

Our Team Leaders execute plans according to each needed discipline. Our team works on an ala-cart consulting basis, contractually by project, or complete business and project management.
