Stacy Swider

Stacy Swider is the VP of Investments at MassVentures, where they focus on supporting early-stage startups with transformative technologies. With a background in materials science and engineering, Stacy has previously held positions such as Director of SBIR Programs at UMass Lowell Applied Research Corporation and co-founded GateRocket, an IC design-tools company. Their extensive experience includes roles in research and development, particularly in the fields of semiconductor technology and nuclear detection sensors. Currently, Stacy serves on the boards of multiple innovative companies, including Z-Polymers and Subconscious, while advising the U.S. Small Business Administration's Investment Capital Advisory Committee. Stacy holds a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
