Ruby Zhang

Ruby Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, currently working with various startups since 2022, focusing on growth initiatives. As the founder of Z Squared, a community and venture studio, and as an angel investor at Hustle Fund, Ruby plays a pivotal role in nurturing and funding innovative projects. Prior experience includes roles such as Growth Product Fellow at Coda, Founding Growth at Snippyly, and Venture Fellow at Republic, emphasizing a strong background in edtech and product growth. Ruby's earlier contributions also include DataOps and Product roles at Lunchclub, as well as a stint as a VC Scout at Amazon Web Services. Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, with various majors and minors, and has also studied at Berklee College of Music.
