Tom Glocer

Tom Glocer is a strategic advisor at Z-Work and a board member at Selerity. Tom has also served as managing partner of the family office Avila Group and as executive producer of The Broadway Boys. Prior to these roles, Glocer was CEO of Majestic Research.

Glocer began their career as an advisor to Guggenheim's newly formed investment bank. Tom then went on to lead Guggenheim's venture capital business and manage the GPM Center Court fund, a co-investment vehicle with Reuters that specialized in financial technology, crowdfunding, alternative data and digital media.

While at Guggenheim, Glocer led 5 investments. Of the 5, three have had successful exits, including Replay Technologies. Tom led a $9 million round at a $17 million valuation in June of 2014 and the company was subsequently sold for $170 million less than two years later.

Tom Glocer studied economics as an undergraduate at Tufts University.
