Joseph Leung is a seasoned professional in technology risk management and cybersecurity, currently serving as Manager of Technology Risk at ZA Bank, the leading virtual bank in Hong Kong, since January 2023. In this role, Joseph is responsible for cybersecurity and technology risk assessments, new product evaluations, regulatory compliance with HKMA, SFC, and SWIFT, and the establishment of governance frameworks. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as Manager of IT Audit at Hang Seng Bank, where responsibilities encompassed ITGC and application audits, and over three years as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Cyber Security at KPMG China, focusing on regulatory compliance assessments. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Information System and e-Business Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.
