Leo Wong

Leo Wong currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Team Head of Central Compliance at ZA, where responsibilities include policy governance, licensing, compliance review, and engagement with regulatory bodies such as HKMA, SFC, and IA. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Compliance at livi bank, where support was provided for the acquisition of an insurance agency license, and Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at WeLab Bank, facilitating the public launch of retail banking operations. Additional experience encompasses positions at HSBC, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and EY, covering various aspects of compliance, internal audit, and assurance services. Leo Wong holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
