Vincent Ng

Vincent Ng has significant experience in the field of data privacy and compliance. Vincent is currently serving as the Head of Data Privacy at ZA Bank since February 2022. Prior to this, Vincent held various roles at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong. Vincent was the Head of Compliance from January 2021 to February 2022 and the Second-in-charge of the Complaints Division from September 2016 to December 2020. Vincent also worked as a Senior Personal Data Officer, Personal Data Officer, and Assistant Personal Data Officer at the same organization. Before entering the data privacy field, Vincent worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Hong Kong Education Bureau and as a Liaison Officer at the Home Affairs Department of the Hong Kong Government.

Vincent Ng studied at The University of Hong Kong, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Vincent also obtained a Certificate for Module in Big Data Governance and Data Compliance from HKU SPACE.
