Ivana Cepić

Ivana Cepić is the Head of ESG at Zagrebačka banka d.d., where they lead the integration of sustainability principles across the bank's operations and strategy. With a focus on regulatory compliance and ESG risk frameworks, Ivana has successfully managed cross-functional projects and contributed to the development of the bank’s first Sustainability report. Previously, Ivana held leadership roles at Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, including Chief Product Manager, where they specialized in sustainable finance and product development. Ivana earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Dubrovnik, Croatia.
